I host a fortnightly podcast called Down to Earth Conversations, talking to ordinary people who are doing good in the world, or as I say, "bringing a bit of heaven Down to Earth." Alongside my wife I am a director of Sugar Lips Ltd, a cake decorating and baking supplies e-commerce business. We are a social impact business, giving 5% of every sale to two charities we support working with the kaupapa of inclusion. I have had a wide variety of roles in the past from Lecturing in Sport Management, to a lead role in a not-for-profit within the logistics industry, to pastoring in a church.
