I manage and coordinate the smooth transition into a regional structure while maintaining alignment with overall European strategy, and I am responsible for PR, social media, online activity and European exhibitions. I also develop new digital strategies, manage the Bridgestone and Firestone websites, update content, language translations and produce analytics reports for European management. I manage an effective, engaging social media strategy for the UK market, which has accumulated 13,000 Facebook page fans, I generate content, and report to senior European personnel on progress and successes. I deliver all product launches to press, dealer networks and consumers, and I produce internal and regional newsletters for over 1000 staff that delivers an inclusive message and maintains a positively engaged workforce. Since I introduced it three years ago, it’s my responsibility to organise an annual product experience for all regional media, dealers and staff that gives crucial audiences the chance to experience hands-on product interaction.

Effectively managed all company advertising, trade marketing, hospitality online and PR for the UK market. I simultaneously managed six agencies covering all marketing activity and ensured all campaigns were delivered on time, in full and within budget to achieve maximum impact in alignment with prior agreed objectives. My aim here was to increase the target market and I achieved this by evaluating and developing a new approach that increased in-house share to 15 per cent. I made significant improvements to brand and product mix and I used my position as Motorsport Coordinator for the UK to optimise global sponsorship opportunities. Further to that, a particularly important achievement was my implementation of the Bridgestone Formula One Roadshow which was made up of over 100 events across 10 years and gave us a firm local footing to receive global sponsorship.
