Responsible for the BioProduction Inquiry to Order process of the Single Use Technologies product portfolio in BioProduction and Research markets. •Work with interfacing functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer RFQ’s, new inquiries and revisions to existing products, providing technical drawings, pricing, approval packets and supporting documentation.•Serve as the customer advocate during internal processes. Troubleshoot, escalate and resolve issues and risks that are jeopardizing commitments.
