ACCOMPLISHMENTS- Provided a safe and quality minded workplace (3 minor OSHA reportable injuries in 10 years). - Managed production, budget, quality, and on time delivery of 20-30 projects per year under highly constrained schedule requirements, meeting every project start date with one exception (project was 3 days past scheduled start date).- Reduced manpower while maintaining production output through cross-training, employee retention (turnover went from 6 months to 3 year averages), and reducing inefficiencies (redesigned workspaces to reduce distances for material handling, streamlining inventory and reordering procedures).PCI LEVEL II, APA, ACI

- Developed and managed Quality Control Program which included all aspects from design to production to shipment of prestressed and precast building elements for use in commercial construction. The QC Program detailed shop ticket design, formwork tolerances, stressing compliances, concrete mix and materials parameters, concrete batching procedures, concrete placement guidelines, reinforcing specifications, embedded item tolerances, finishing techniques, stripping and handling procedures as well as all compliance testing specifications.- Analyzed production, quality control procedures, maintenance and other operational reports to detect production problems in concrete mix design, placement, equipment, and finishing.- Inspected pre and post production for quality and adherence to client specification and expectations within local, state and federal regulations.
