Managed a national group of Insurance adjusters to provide independent appraisals for a number of insurance companies. Duties included hiring, training and termination when necessary.

As a technology assistant I'm assigned to Delphi Middle School to provide daily support of our staff and students. Our students are assigned school laptops as well as staff. I currently support over 400 Laptops and 100 desktops including 1 computer lab in the Middle School.In addition to my duties that are specific to the Middle School I also handle all hardware repairs for the entire corporation currently representing 1650 laptops and over 400 desktops. This includes parts ordering, vendor relations, billing parents for damages, collections and represent the school in small claims court when needed. I am also 1st and 2nd level support for printers in Middle School and 2nd level support for all other buildings. I wrote an RFP for our fleet of copiers and was the consultant to the Delphi Community School Board when awarding the RFP. After the contract was awarded I coordinated the installation and continue ongoing vendor relations and managment of the copier fleet.I have taken the lead in summer time activities by developing a project plan and coordinating with maintenance and administration throughout the summer. We employ two college students each summer to assist with our summer activities that include creating images for each model, rebuilding every student laptop, rebuilding every desktop and updating as many teacher laptops as we can get our hands just to name a few.

Originally worked through Sarcom while under contract at Pharmacia Animal Health/Pfizer Animal Health. Left the company in 2007 after moving to NorthWest Indiana. After three weeks Pfizer Animal Health asked me to work remotely on projects for them so I worked under contract through Sarcom as an independent contractor until Oct. of 2009.
