Lead ICU CIS product development team cross Asia in China, Korea and SEA to drive Go-To-Market plan, Install Base (IB) and New Product Introduction (NPI) Program execution for Asia Market under standard NPI/ECR process. Successfully build up a demo site at PLA301 including MOU sign off, site go live by using agile methodology. As program manager, take lead to drive product go-to-market, installed based support which meets internal and external customer’s satisfaction. Lead team to successfully build up demo site at PLA301, include MOU sign off, by using agile methodology, which is a good case cooperate with our end user. Target focused under complex situation, also demonstrate customer centric development.
