It includes phase from one to five, bronze, silver and world-class factories. 6) Comprehensively drive Lean culture in all sites, function. from four perspectives of leadership, process, management operating system and performance to metrics to drive 20 years’ competitive advantage in the global market.7) Consistently develop quality & HOS team's capability and behaviors by leadership coaching, communication, support.
