1、研究分析行业发展动态、趋势、及行业人力资源面临的挑战与机会；2、建立人才搜寻渠道，了解高级人才的动态资讯；3、与客户沟通，了解客户的经营方向、组织结构及职位需求，制定猎聘方案；4、针对客户的招聘需求进行职位分析，提供高层管理人才的寻访方向，带领助理顾问团队完成人才寻访、甄选、背景调查等工作；5、根据公司的规范流程对候选人进行面试评估，撰写专业规范的面试评估报告；6、协助候选人进行薪酬谈判，及帮助候选人办理入职流程操作；7、在行业中建立和发展与高管人才的长期互动关系，扩大人力资源网络，并为核心人才提供职业发展咨询；8、识别关键客户，并发展和维护持续的合作关系，共同发展；9、负责助理顾问团队成员的培训、指导及激励，帮助他们获得成就和成长。
