Spacemaker Installations began as Spacemaker Lofts, installing folding timber loft ladders, and quickly progressed to more elaborate loft floors and storage solutions. This eventually culminated in providing full loft conversions for clients across Yorkshire. Transferrable skills then led us to kitchen re-models, garage conversions, garden decking and lanscaping projects, prompting us to re brand as 'Spacemaker Installations'​.

As a co-director of Cedar Garden Rooms my business partner Gary and I have grown the enterprise from the ground up. With so many years experience in the building trade, as partners and independently we have progressed from alloy tower hire, through loft improvement work, and finally now our bespoke timber garden buildings company. All three trading styles Spacemaker Installations, E E Scaffolding and Cedar Garden Rooms Ltd continue to thrive, and staffing levels increase year on year thanks to this diversity.With a background in sales and management, my main roles now are client liason, the day to day administration, and marketing of the company, while supporting our on site teams as required.

Eamonson & Eamonson is the umbrella partnership for our trading entities; Spacemaker Installations and E E Scaffolding. Our main business, Cedar Garden Rooms Ltd, runs concurrently with these supporting businesses, sharing premises, resources and manpower, to give us a reassuringley broad base of operations.
