Started as an employee of T.F. Petit & Associates appraising Residential Real Estate. Responsibilities included appraising property for company held clients mainly in West Jacksonville, Orange Park and Middleburg FL. Also worked closely with company owner preparing VA and FHA appraisal assignments and became FHA certified in 1996. In 2001 myself and two other employees bought the business and formed the partnership of Petit Jones Ebert, Inc.

Specializing in Office Leasing and Sales, responsible for leasing various developer owned properties throughout the greater Jacksonville area. Other responsibilities included negotiating existing lease renewals and new tenant representation.

Responsibilities included gathering Commercial Real Estate data on emerging and existing office markets in both Downtown and Suburban areas. Data collected was used to help CB Richard Ellis produce local publications on trending and emerging markets as well as assist sales agents trying to secure tenant renewal, representation and sales opportunities.
