In 2017, RWW purchased a MEP firm (IEG-Innovative Engineering Group) in Los Angeles in order to expand our services and geographical representation. Duties also included managing moderately complex projects. Some projects include:• Improvements to York High School, Elmhurst, IL - $93 million, 600,000 s.f. The first phase consisted of building a new three-story academic wing and was crucial to the success of the project. The second phase consisted of renovating the administrative, library, and auditorium areas, including enclosing the existing courtyard and incorporating it into a cafeteria and student lounge. • New Bolingbrook High School, Bolingbrook, IL - $99 million, 430,000 s.f. The new multi-story building consists of two academic wings, auditorium, athletic wing, and cafeteria area. • Hickory Creek Middle School, Frankfort, IL - $32 million, 240,000 s.f. The new building consists of a two-story classroom wing, an auditorium with a 40’ fly tower, two gymnasiums, locker rooms, band room, and administrative offices.
