Determined and prioritized projects for the units based upon input from the units’ operations and maintenance managers. Managed the design, construction and startup of projects upon funding approval. Communicated daily with operations and maintenance representatives and provided day-to-day technical support to production units to help minimize inefficiencies, quality issues and equipment downtime. Managed the installation of waterproofing systems on a new wellness center for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Reviewed project specifications for ongoing/future construction projects in Mississippi and prepared estimates and bid proposals for waterproofing scope of work within these projects.

Reported to Vista’s project construction manager.> Supervised Rust field engineers, field superintendents, field supervisors and craft personnel to ensure project was installed per drawings, specifications, and bid packages.> Worked with Rust construction management to ensure construction was completed safely, on schedule and under budget. > Coordinated between Rust construction personnel and Vista operations personnel to schedule downtime for tie-ins of new equipment and systems.Oversaw Rust Engineering personnel in their Birmingham, AL office as they completed detailed engineering and design for the Aberdeen EXPRESS Project. Reported to Vista’s project engineering manager. > Supervised PFD development, P&ID development, and detailed design. > Ensured all project drawings, specifications, and bid packages were reviewed and approved by appropriate personnel. > Coordinated the flow of project communication between Vista and Rust to ensure that the design met Vista requirements.
