Stessa hold the license to eleven sites in the North East of England currently four, from site acquisition/fit out working with contractors/staff interviews/site set up/compliance and Health and Safety(current value £2.4m). Working with all club managers on delivering our brand making sure all sites comply with all aspects of the business from H&S to delivering a robust P&L. Development of site systems to allow growth to circa 2000 members per site (when first acquired sites only had around 400 each). Working with all staff functions from Head PTs to hard and soft contractors for the safe management of the gym. Building member expectations and working in the local community to build brand awareness. Also full management of 30plus domestic properties, HMOs, Leisure holiday home with swimming pool and two large commercial building, working with tenants and occupiers insuring we strive to deliver an outstanding living property or office block for our clients. Property portfolio circa £14.5million.

Provide specialist advice and support services to the Business in the areas of Safety, Health, and the Environment (SHE) in the UK.• The formulation and development and co-ordination of the Company Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies, strategies and management systems. • The provision of advice and support in the creation and maintenance of adequate management arrangements, and systems. • The provision and maintenance of specialist advisory services and support services. • The planning of the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) activities and resources, and the setting of targets and objectives. • The provision of advice and support to risk assessment activities and the setting of risk control standards.• The professional support and development of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) and other relevant personnel. • The promotion of a positive Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) culture and behaviors within the organization.• The facilitation of the implementation of the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) policies.• The monitoring, review and reporting of performance, including the reporting and analysis of accidents, incidents, inspections and audits.• Audit of the management system. • Liaison with external organizations, and customers. • Engage with all areas of the UK business in order to ensure a robust Safety, Health and Environment.
