I send monthly reports on the outstanding actions within each team’s area.Produce a monthly management report covering all work completed and any outstanding actions, and provide reasons behind the overdue actions and develop a strategy to deal with the backlog.I manage budgets, and review contractor quotations to ensure they are value for money, and cover the expected work sufficiently.
