During my tenure, we successfully implemented a new computing curriculum across a number of the schools, created a state-of-the-art virtual reality suite that was seamlessly embedded into the wider curriculum being used by schools within the Trust and externally. Established a TV and podcasting suite at one of our schools, enhancing our students’ learning experiences. Working at Trust level I supported the Senior Trust leaders in the development of our organisation systems and processes.

My main role was as a training consultant for ESS mainly on SIMS and a range of other software we produced. In my role as a training consultant I worked with a wide range of UK and international schools, multi-academy trusts, local authorities and support units.Over the four years I was also involved with the development and deployment of SIMS Finance,a finance package for use by academies. As part of this work for the last two years I also steppedinto a Project Management role for SIMS Finance, managing the onboarding processes of several trustsworking closely with them to support them in reaching a 'Business As Usual' stage using our software. I helped develop the onboarding process, training processes and material and support our customer success team in building the relationships with our customer base.
