I've been involved in Speciality Coffee for around seven years, starting my career making brews under the watchful eye of Jeremy Chandler at Prufrock in London and more recently moving into Business Development and Sales. In May 2020 I co-founded Blossom Coffee Roasters. My main passion lies in research around the future of coffee and promoting practices within the industry to move towards a more sustainable model.
