I was the sites Operations Manager from May 2011 to Feb 2014 on aCOMAH site – Lower tier.• Running of shifts to run plant efficiently and to required specifications in a cost-effective manner making top quality product with no rework on both the SRU and TFE• Completing of the electronic and paper process logs• Drum sampling and bulking• Stock taking• Regular analysis of processes and adjusting accordingly• Issuing of permits/risk assessments and monitoring of contractors• Contribute to RIVO actions where we try to spot hazards before they become near misses• Take part in QHSE tours with senior management.• Responsible for Transport, maintenance, and all shift personnel. (5 shifts of 2 men) – 18 men in total.• SAP maintenance approver/super user for PPM’s• Set up SAP hierarchy listing every plant item• Very much hands on, good team player but also independent but excellent man management skills honest and reliable• Customer focus• Involved in LOPA and Hazid studies and HSE audits
