I have been a mechanic for 9 years now and have worked hard to achieve a master technician qualifications, soaking up all the information that has been made available to me. My daily duties include diagnosing a wide variety of faults as well as carrying out MOT and service work. One of the pleasures i have within the motor trade is achieving customer satisfaction. Quite often people only come to us in an absolute time of need with a deep rooted perception that all garages are thieves with no morale's. My goal is change this perception one person at a time.
