Joining Costain to work on the UU Amp4 framework as M&E Project Manager I have progressed my career in the management of many areas MEICA Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Installation & Commissioning, Quality, Systems, IT, Performance, Continuous Improvement. During the last four years I have been the Lead across our Water and Highways Sectors for Performance, Innovation and Lean, striving to embed new approaches to bring about Efficiencies. My present responsibility is to support our customers in driving value through Lean Construction, Factory Thinking, Efficiency, Innovation and Continuous Improvement. I have built a wealth of experience in Lean Construction and how to embed in an organisation. I have gained a wealth of knowledge in the major project construction arena and how it deploys Factory Thinking, DfMA, Offsite Construction, BIM, Digital Construction and how it links to the front line and the supply chain.
