Equipment Engineer
CurrentConduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive maintenance schedules and optimize equipment performance.Develop and update documentation including manuals, technical procedures, and troubleshooting guides for equipment operation and maintenance.Analyse equipment performance data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure spare parts and components, ensuring adequate inventory levels.Train end-users and technicians on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.Respond to service calls and emergencies to address critical issues and minimise downtime.Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities as required.
