Operations Manager
CurrentAfter completing my electrical apprenticeship in 2008, I was immediately put into a site supervisor role, where I was responsible for managing a team of 15 tradespersons and apprentices, delivering projects in the medium to highend residential sector aswell as transportable housing. After achieving all that I could as a site supervisor , I was then promoted to Operations Manager. In this role, I was responsible for managing a collective team of 80 employees and delivered over 10000 new homes for some of the largest residential builders in WA. In 2021, I was diagnosed with a terminal heart condition and was told that I may not live past 2023. I was forced to stop working and focus on myself. In 2022, my heart function improved drastically and was blessed with a second chance at life. So from then on, every day I wake up and bring a happy and positive attitude to life. I bring this same attitude with me to my role as Operations Manager at Ideal Electrics.
