Business Manager in the funeral industry with previous experience as a Support Service Manager. I have an all round knowledge of the funeral industry and have experience of everything that relates to it. My current role as a Business Manager sees me manage seven funeral homes and all the staff supporting those businesses. I am responsible for ensuring all funerals provided are undertaken to the highest quality. My previous role, Support Service Manager, was a Administration Management position which is responsible for overseeing all Administration procedures for 26 funeral homes in Sussex along with the associated Administrators. Much of the experience I have gained is easily transferable to any Administration, Financial, Logistics or HR role. I gained Business & Finance and IT qualifications at Lewes Teritary College, furthermore I have successfully completed Company Training courses in Financial Analysis, Recruitment, People Management and Resolving Complaints.
