I worked five summers at Lafarge Infrastructure, performing highway maintenance on the Anthony Henday. This included litter picking, mowing grass, weed trimming, and several little goals that needed to be accomplished. During this time I was able to accrue multiple skills including judgement, communication, cooperative, pro activeness, leadership, and self-direction. These skills were active when working with a crew of people everyday, brainstorming what tasks needed to be finished on a given work day. Some days were directionless, so it was up to my colleagues and I to set goals and meet deadlines.

During my time at Vision RV as a yard supervisor, I had several tasks throughout a given work day to stay occupied. This involved moving trailers with a tractor, repositioning trailers, cleaning trailers, posting sales prices on trailers, checking for trailer damage, assisting sales advisors, and more. I learned how to always have a task on the go, as well as assisting customers and directing them to sale advisors. I was continuously busy, and improved my independence and communication skills.
