- Coordinated between the Secretary of Education, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), the Department of Higher Education (DHE), the STEM Advisory Council, and local elected officials to foster relationships and create viable career pathways for students. Grants for this program have totaled over $400,000. - Researched and developed alignment maps to build relationships between public high schools and state colleges to facilitate a path for students seeking to earn vocational degrees while representing the Executive Office of Education in Massachusetts STEM Advisory Council meetings with top-level legislators and executive cabinet members. - Analyzed data from the Department of Labor to identify high-demand industries in different parts of the state. I then identified programs throughout the state (public and private) that provide training or certification for those industries and connected those programs with local high schools to ensure that students have the chance to develop vital knowledge or skills in a specific, high-need industry before graduating high school.

- Elected as the Executive Vice President of Texas IFC, the largest all-male organization at the University of Texas.- Managed thirty cabinet members who were directly under my supervision to ensure all departments were meeting their outlined goals.- Oversaw Texas Round-Up, an annual recruitment and philanthropic event that had over 10,000 participants.
