• Maintaining legacy system software and modernizing them via refactors to increase overall system performance.• Liaising with external companies to migrate their ticketing & event data into the See Tickets platform. An example of this is the Starticket - See Tickets merger. My job has been to understand the architecture of the StarTicket system and map & import their database columns and key functionality to the See system. • Creating bespoke reports based on client requirements.• Managing the See database. My duties include expanding the See schema, creating new database functions and analyzing performance of queries to make them run efficiently. • Expanding the overall functionality of the See system. For example, I completed the integration of a card printer and wrote the printing functionality so that See can offer an exhibitor pass system to clients.

My duties included:• Operating the till and serving customers.• Completing stock counts of the shop floor.• Answering phones and relaying information.• Assisting with IT aspects (Excel spreadsheets etc.)• Pricing pieces of clothing up to be sold.
