Select which works best for you or your team, get the knowledge you need, and start making construction more rewarding. www.ConstructionAccelerator.com Andy has coached dozens of different project teams in the Last Planner® System in design and construction, and helped project teams to make their projects less stressful using Lean tools such as Root Cause Analysis, A3 Thinking and Decision Making, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events. He also co-trained large groups in Coaching, Big Room, and Last Planner at LCI Lean Congresses and has Facilitated over 150 Alignment Partnering sessions, helping teams establish together how to work more productively. His focus is on helping to transform the construction industry from a place where 57% labor waste and 54% commitment reliability is the norm by helping project teams and companies who are on their journey toward excellence by helping to develop, share and facilitate great collaborative behaviors and processes. We tightly couple learning with action in the most inspiring and immediately usable ways.He earned a Master’s degree from San Diego State University in Construction with a Lean focus, which started him on his Lean Journey. Prior to joining the Construction Accelerator team, he spent 10 years as a Naval Civil Engineering Corps officer. He is a certified Scrum Master, professional Civil Engineer and certified Project Management Professional.
