Being in the Corporate Customer Service sector for more than 11 years, I have expert knowledge on the industry, it's challenges and the speed and frequency of which it changes. I have been in multiple roles within different parts of the business and as a consequence am able to adapt and change to the priorities accordingly. For me, regardless of the department, the key thing is my client, managing their expectations and offering a service and knowledge that makes me and the company I work for stand out. I have built operational areas from the ground up, ensuring that improved processes, controls and reduced operational expenses are embedded and achieved. Ten years working directly with strategic partners has ensured that key performance indicators are consistently delivered. In 2013 I took a 7 month sabbatical to travel the world which was a once in a lifetime opportunity that has enabled me to appreciate the finer things in life including meeting new people, seeing new places and of course eating and drinking.
