Skincare development

Responsible for assisting in the creative development of various types of AHA/PHA based skin care and color cosmetic formulations, including creams, lotions, serums, sunscreens, cleansers, foundations, and concealers to support the NeoStrata and Exuviance brands. Supporting all aspects of formula & product development for existing products, reformulations, and new skin care & cosmetic products that utilize NeoStrata's patented ingredient technology for cosmetic, OTC, and prescription applications.

- Assist guests with the selection of prestige merchandise including cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and fragrance- Act as in store makeup artist to illustrate ideal application and performance of product- Acquire copious knowledge of various cosmetic, skincare, and hair care lines via vendor training
