Responsible for the implementing, training and standardization of the CEVA Lean Methodology in Northern Europe. This included training site managers, country managers in the diverse areas of Lean. Going to the individual sites and conducting the training down to operator level. Conducting Kaizen training with Supervisors from all areas, as well as a Basic.

Part of a select team of Lean Experts, during a 1 year intensive program, to implement Operational Excellence Projects within various business units of a Supply Chain Company, instituting Continuous Improvement and Lean Principles. Responsible for the training of Managers at all levels, and their understanding of Lean principles and implement lean savings.

Responsible for the expansion, control and monitoring of all Business having to do with the US Armed Forces in Germany, as well as EMEA.

As a new employee to EGL, I was responsible for the build up and expansion of the new Army Air Force Exchange Service, (AAFES) Iraq business. I was directly located at the US Military facility, coordinating the daily movement of trucks and equipment going to Iraq. Expanded the business by creating two Trans Loading operations, as per customer request went.

Responsible for 14 soldiers and 4 M1A1 Tanks, their training and well being during numerous field exercises and deployments. Accountable for over $10M worth of equipment, the maintenance and serviceability. Trained in all aspects of leadership, counseling and care taking of both soldiers and their families.
