Responsible for the tracking and implementation, in CEE, of Project UNO, which is one of the biggest project CEVA is implementing global. Also, still conducting the daily Lean activity's in CE, Site Classification Assessments, Developing 2 Basic Waves. Create Wave, Do it Yourself Phase and Developing to Basic Round 3 schedules with sites. Conduct weekly tracking of all sites, and follow ups. Plan upcoming trainings. Create Monthly tracking reports for GHO.

Northern Europe

Responsible for the implementing, training and standardization of the CEVA Lean Methodology in Northern Europe. This included training site managers, country managers in the diverse areas of Lean. Going to the individual sites and conducting the training down to operator level. Conducting Kaizen training with Supervisors from all areas, as well as a Basic Lean Academy for Senior Managers. Create tracking systems for the sites, establish training schedules which fit the sites schedules.

Part of a select team of Lean Experts, during a 1 year intensive program, to implement Operational Excellence Projects within various business units of a Supply Chain Company, instituting Continuous Improvement and Lean Principles. Responsible for the training of Managers at all levels, and their understanding of Lean principles and implement lean savings.

Responsible for the expansion, control and monitoring of all Business having to do with the US Armed Forces in Germany, as well as EMEA.

As a new employee to EGL, I was responsible for the build up and expansion of the new Army Air Force Exchange Service, (AAFES) Iraq business. I was directly located at the US Military facility, coordinating the daily movement of trucks and equipment going to Iraq. Expanded the business by creating two Trans Loading operations, as per customer request went to Turkey and Iraq to oversee both operations. After a successful year, I was offered the position of Manager Government Sales Germany.

Responsible for 14 soldiers and 4 M1A1 Tanks, their training and well being during numerous field exercises and deployments. Accountable for over $10M worth of equipment, the maintenance and serviceability. Trained in all aspects of leadership, counseling and care taking of both soldiers and their families.
