 Led a team of 10 engineers and 2 technicians to perform NPI and NPD into the Carmona factory for complex digital, analog, and mixed signal devices. Brought up the technical skill level of the team to enable NPD in Carmona. Drove discussions with BU management, other NPD teams, planning, and the internal/external factory operations teams to ensure that product release schedules are met. Ensured that production issues that endangered revenue targets or critical shipments are addressed by defining strategies toward solutions and driving the cross-functional team’s execution Provided technical support to other operations teams and factories to address critical issues by travelling to different sites, reviewing issues, and helping define strategies to address the problems

 Managed a team of 8 engineers to perform design validation, silicon evaluation/characterization, and various simulation requests from our Japan design teams developing PMICs, switching regulators, LDOs, and motor drivers. Worked with the BU management and Design teams in Japan to establish benchmarks on project schedules based on complexity and difficulty and achieved 100% on time delivery per committed schedule. Designed a ground-breaking Design Validation automation system that would lay the groundwork for future automation systems to be used in the company Collaborated with other leaders to define processes for training and development of other engineers
