Drive growth and profitability for the Packaging Adhesives and Coatings business covering the Flexible Packaging, Paper, and Tapes & Labels businesses for the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Seeking to partner with leaders in the Flexible Packaging market to provide solutions for adhesive and coating needs.

Responsible for managing our Distribution and Inside Sales channels. Engage with our business units to drive channel strategy to optimize coverage and market share growth. Manage the Account Management team responsible for maintaining and deepening our relationships with our Distribution Partners.

Responsible for the Innovation Project Management team and global market / business development initiatives for the industrial adhesives division.

- Responsible for new business development within a $1B global market. Accountabilities include team management, financial analysis, voice of customer work, value proposition development, market segmentation, channel strategies, supply development, technical optimization, and go to market strategy and approach

- Supervisory responsibility for 3 professionals: one Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, one Chemical Engineer, and one Principal Chemist responsible. - Manage the R&D efforts for the Must Grow Laminating market. Efforts include the development of differentiated products, the quantification of value provided to the end-user, and constant communication with the business to identify future needs for customers.- Coordinate the R&D program for the Our Futures Filters market. Responsibilities include the identification and validation of market-wide and customer needs, the development of value-added products, and the launch to the field. Also heavily involved in the “voice of the customer” project to compile market trends and future technology needs.

- Coordinated the technical efforts with four to six sales professionals in the Los Angeles sales district - Berkeley HUB Lab Manager: Approved and assigned incoming lab requests and managed one lab technician. Oversaw HUB lab closure to help create centralized HUB in NJ- Covered open Bay Area sales territory for four months (September 2002 – January 2003)
