As the Managing Director of Ring Automotive Ltd, a subsidiary of the ams-Osram Group, I oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the business, with a focus on delivering value, innovation, and enhanced customer experience. I have been in this role since July 2023, after serving as the Finance Director of the same company for over three years prior.I have 16 years of experience as an ACA qualified accountant, trained at PwC Sheffield, and a member of the ICAEW. I have extensive experience in working with private equity investors, leading and supporting various transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and restructuring. I have also successfully implemented new ERP systems, supply chain strategies, and people agendas in different businesses. I enjoy working as part of a team to drive growth and overcome challenges, with people, customer experience, and value generation at the heart of everything I do.
