I started when it was 3 men and and stayed for over 20 years with one of the biggest heat sealing manufacturers in the U.K. i began as an electrician then a supervisor and manager of electrical section before taking over the newly formed service department in 2005 where i stayed until i started my new position as Training and Contracts Manager in 2014. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities and each year seems to help us grow and grow as a company. we now employ over 300 people and are still growing.The opportunity to expand the training department is a massive undertaking and one that i enjoy more day by dayWe have now opened a bespoke Training Centre where we house up to 10 apprentices at any one time and also still manage to train customers and internal staff.This training is both practical, in our fully equipped downstairs workshop, and theory driven upstairs with our three bespoke training offices.
