• Overall responsibility for the Highbury Heights residential project• Create a safe and educational residential space for students with learning difficulties and disabilities• Oversee the projects progress to ensure it fits Ofsted guidelines and expectations• Plan and deliver residentials that allow students to improve their independent living and work skills.

• • Plan and deliver highly innovative and engaging lessons to students with learning difficulties and disabilities • Coordinate with student support to complete EHCP annual reviews, personal learning plans, timetables, and targets• Programme lead within Foundation Prospects (learning difficulties and disabilities) • Provide expertise and departmental lead for sports, competitions and residentials – AOC registered• Following vital safeguarding and welfare policies and legislation• Student participation and success at events such as World skills, AOC regional and national sports competitions

• To recruit, select and lead a Team of individuals though the 12-week Prince’s Trust Team Programme• Winner of the Prince’s Trust Dell EMC Community Impact Award (South East) in 2018 along with Highbury College team 107• Provide leadership and guidance to a Team of young people on their individual learning journey• Plan and deliver the 12-week personal development programme in line with the Prince’s Trust mission• Supervise and liaise with community organisations and agencies to plan, prepare and carry out community projects and challenges• Recruit a mixture of unemployed young people (16-25 years old) to participate in the Team Programme

• Ensuring students receive a supportive and excellent college experience• Supporting students with their transition into the college from previous place of education• Aiding students with a mixture of learning difficulties and disabilities• Assisting teaching staff with outstanding delivery within the classroom

To plan fun, engaging coaching activities, sessions and programmes in a safe environment.My role also included;• Providing feedback on performance and help to improve technique• Working with young people, schools, community groups and sports organisations to promote the sport• Designing basic training programmes• Working on developing more advanced techniques and tactics• Supporting performers at events and competitions
