Andy has had an extensive career as a Senior Executive and Consulting Partner working with major organisations across Financial Services, including Banking, Capital Markets, Electronic Money and Payments, and Insurance.He is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Zenith Bank (UK) Limited and Chair of the Audit & Compliance Committee.Andy is also an Independent Advisor at Vitesse PSP, an Insurtech based in London, advising on a range of strategic subjects, including regulatory compliance, expansion into new markets and new license approval. Prior to this, he was their Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, MLRO and DPO, and is continuing to lead their ESG/CSR strategy. Having also previously held leadership roles at Managing Director and Partner level, including as Finance Chief Administration Officer (CAO), Head of Finance Transformation and Head of Financial Services consulting practices, he has a deep understanding of Finance, Risk, Regulatory Compliance and Assurance. He has a proven track-record of helping organisations to set and execute business strategy, establish governance and risk control frameworks, and shape and deliver large-scale, transformational change programs in complex regulated environments. He is also a Board Director with the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation UK and brings prior NED experience having held positions as Board Vice-Chair, Board Trustee, Member of Audit Committees, and Chair of the Finance Committee within the not-for-profit sector.Andy is a Chartered Accountant and began his professional career with PwC.
