Owning customer relationships for the GE-wide Finance Data Lake, managing a global team of senior professionals driving transformation of financial processes with data-focussed solutions. Overseeing the delivery of outcomes driving process improvement and innovation across the GE Global finance process teams

Directly managing a team of experienced leaders in the areas of:• Data Management, including IT focused Enterprise Data Management activities, Data Governance and functional data usage• Data Movement, including responsibility for system migration activities and architecture of BI data processing components• Development & specification of new functionality within the BI space, including managing Business Analysts, Technical Analysts and Project Management activities• Delivery of functionality leveraging both GE offshore employees and delivery partners• Support of the BI platforms and responding to queries around data semanticsWorking with senior business stakeholders, including CxO level, together with responsibility for budgets and setting the BI strategy for the business unit.

Led the IT BI Function, consisting of a number of experienced Business and Technical Analysts. Reporting to the CTO, the team delivered BI capability to global reporting teams leveraging outsourced delivery partners both on-shore and off-shore. Liaising with senior stakeholders in the business functions, ensuring that the business unit’s requirements for BI were part of the larger HQ shared BI service deliverables.Also responsible for global IT Infrastructure architecture within the business, liaising with both software and corporate architects to introduce new technology into the business to enhance the capabilities of client facing and server systems
