The role is the owner of packaging related system configuration and troubleshooting from operations, such as box suite configuration, recommendation system.Furthermore, to build up network with global packaging team to share best practice, drive global initiative roll out in the emerging countries, including Australia, Middle East & North Africa , Singapore, Brazil&Mexico (a) To standardize and design packaging solution including materials, equipment and process to meet e-business fulfillment center operation customer packaging needs. (c) Data sharing and leading regular packaging meeting to drive project implementation, gather fulfillment center operation’s feedback, and provide expert troubleshooting advice with different region.

1.Responsible for the implementation of related improvement projects of the main line, such as the use of the recycle tote;2.Responsible for the implementation of related packaging improvement projects, such as the promotion of polybag usage;3.Responsible for the implementation of relevant transportation system, such as the Amazon Inbound Transport system and sorting center cargo management system.

1. Responsible for coordinating the abnormal problems encountered during daily operation, and ensuring the achievement of KPI indicators;2. Responsible for the management of the transport business, formulating the assessment indicators and operational procedures and conducting regular operation quality review scores;3. Responsible for the launch and coordination of transportation projects, and carry out cost analysis and optimization solutions. Lead or cooperate with pre-test and post-operation execution;4. Responsible for the communication of external and various business departments, including finance department, fulfillment-center, customer-service department, purchasing department, legal department, etc.5. Responsible for the management of on-site sorting center area (5000 m2), including personnel, cargo entry, vehicle pick-up, equipment management, etc.
