Universal Package specializes in helping companies become more efficient by providing packaging solutions to meet any need including standard and custom totes, racks, dunnage, reusable packaging, and expendable packaging.

Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, grounds, and construction for a 137 bed Independent hospital and 33 various medical practice clinics and support facilities.

Responsible for strategy, development, and implementation of companywide engineering, design, and business development initiatives. Also serve as project manager, communicating with key clients and actively pursuing new business opportunities.

My responsibilities included directing the Plant Operations, Bio-med, Environmental Services, Security, and Grounds Departments at Schneck Medical Center and various properties and clinics in Seymour and area communities. I served as the chairperson for the Green Team - A committee that we chartered to raise staff awareness and lessen our impact on the environment. We focused on energy conservation, waste management, and patient/staff safety resulting in significant financial savings to the hospital and national recognition from "Practice Green Health".While serving as Director of Facilities, Schneck received the 2011 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award - the nation's highest presidential honor for quality and organizational performance excellence.

Represented District 3 on the Seymour City Common Council. Served on the Utilities Commission and as representative from the council on the City Planning Commission. Resigned position on council when family relocated outside of District 3 in 2012.
