He has brought with him extensive experience and connections from within the graphic industry (20 years plus), growing this department significantly since his appointment.Andy's role includes the managing of a team of six, new business strategy, high level project management on large scale projects both UK and international and client relationship management.Andy has won work and developed good working relationships with many of the UK's most well known agencies. These relationships have resulted in working on projects for some of the world's best brands.Andy's business management experience stands him in excellent stead for retaining and developing existing business processes within the organisation. Andy has also completed leadership training courses and sales management training during this role to further his abilities.Managing large budgets and long lead times on complicated projects is a requirement of the role. Andy undertakes this while overseeing the projects from three other team members, providing support to them when necessary and managing the daily operations and workload of the team.
