• Working as part of a dynamic team to ensure key SLAs are met

• Dealing with the day to day running of the company’s fleet.
• Liaising with the servicing agents to deal with defects and maintenance issues at 50+ sites.
• Ensuring vehicles were MOT’d and taxed.
• Nationwide vehicle rental for the fleet to cover MOTs, breakdowns and servicing.
• Implementing new cost controls effectively reducing monthly rental bill by 2/3rds.
• Authorisation of purchase orders and invoices.

• Taking tyre orders over the phone and processing onto the in house ordering system.
• Managing the tyre remould bank accounts for all customers in the middle third of the UK
• Dealing with customer complaints regarding quality of tyre products.
