Oversaw the dailey operations of the body shop and was responsible for setting the procedures, SOP'sand the necessary training of all employees. I reorganized and streamlined processes within the body shop to improve sales by close to 70% with just one additional employee.

Along with 15 different DRP Compaines, and the necessary guideline specific requirements, and scheduled each appointment. Sometimes that required me to load level the jobs to our nearby shops and schedule them there.
