I am a commercially focused change & delivery lead, with broad business and FinTech change experience across a diverse client base in NZ, the UK and the Netherlands.Over the past 15yrs I have contracted / freelanced in New Zealand and recently relocated to Amsterdam to further my career in Europe. I bring energy and drive to my roles, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.I like to get things done, leading from the front, creating collaborative and positive working environments and motivating teams, helping my clients to achieve their goals. Despite my background primarily being in financial services and Fintech, I classify myself as a generalist, able to apply proven delivery capability, while embracing intellectual challenges. I recently completed a strategic review of syndicated dairy farm in New Zealand, chairing the farm through a key environmental compliance milestone and then through a sale plus wind up of the partnership. I strongly believe that AI will transform our lives and the ways we work by automating the mundane and increasing productivity so we can focus on delivering at pace.
