For over 20 years I've been working in organisations to make things happen sucessfully. In many cases this has been large technology programmes, across private and the public sector organisations, leading teams to start projects in the right way, sustain delivery and get something over the line, or turn things around when they've gone wrong.I've also developed strategy & formulated policy and worked for a period in HM Treasury as a civil servant on technology and infrastructure, amongst other things.I've worked across many different organisations and industries, but its always struck me how the challenges that people face in making things happen successfully in all these different places are so similar.
