I have worked with law firms for 25 years. In addition to looking after my clients’ accounts, audit and tax affairs, I spend much of my time helping firms with succession planning, improving their financial performance and making changes to their practice structure.I regularly contribute articles to the Legal Press, and write the Law Society's LMS Financial Benchmarking Survey. I am a former director of the Institute of Legal Finance and Management (ILFM), the current Chair of both the ICAEW’s Solicitors Advisory Group and Legal Finance Forum, and a founding member of the Association of Law Firm Merger Advisers (ALFMA).
