Instrumental in leading the team to deliver over all contract obligations to meet performance KPI’s.Lead the team to ensure reactive, remedial and SP/GP service failure points are kept below warning thresholds. Eliminated operational inconsistencies by performance managing and reinforcing a shared vision.Identified high risk issues and ensure a robust strategy is in place to minimum risk. Recent examples are PPM performance and fire door remedials. Established a collaborative relationship with SPV and Trust Management to ensure client satisfaction and for disputes to be dealt with in a professional and understanding manner.Developed and implemented new processes to become more lean and efficient in our ways of working.Managed the remobilisation and improvement plan of the help desk which was a key aspect of improving service delivery.Improved Reactive Service Delivery from 65% to 97%, reducing Service Failures Points significantly for estates services, and subsequently financial deductions.Led and created an H&S culture to ensure the contract met all Health and Safety regulations.

Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the contract by delivering revenues through PPM, reactive and extra works whilst ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance is met. Accountable for all revenue streams by managing debt, WIP and maximising all additional works opportunities. NHS Direct has 14 sites nationwide and the contract comprises of M&E, soft fabric and cleaning of the all call centres. This involves facilitating and co-ordinating all maintenance and cleaning schedules with the 3 regional NHS Direct managers and NHS Direct Head of Estates
