Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the contract by delivering revenues through PPM, reactive and extra works whilst ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance is met. Accountable for all revenue streams by managing debt, WIP and maximising all additional works opportunities. NHS Direct has 14 sites nationwide and the contract comprises of M&E, soft fabric and cleaning of the all call centres. This involves facilitating and co-ordinating all maintenance and cleaning schedules with the 3 regional NHS Direct managers and NHS Direct Head of Estates
