Mr. Harvey was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He has spent his entire professional career working and investing in DFW. For 25 years, Mr. Harvey worked in sales, while managing and directing his own wholesale paper company, United Papers Inc. During his career with United Papers Inc., the company sold and serviced every major printer and newspaper in the Southwest. In 2006, he joined Transition Capital Partners, where he served as a valuable asset, finding deals and raising equity. With his successful and extensive association with Mr. Patterson, Mr. Harvey was promoted into the position of Managing Director for the Patterson Thoma Family Office in January, 2010. He then moved into Business Development as his other activities expanded. In November, 2014, Mr. Harvey became CEO of Empire Financial, located in Plano, TX. In March, 2015, he became the Chairman & CEO of CP Insurance Association in Huntsville, TX. Mr. Harvey is a 1972 graduate of Oklahoma State University in the school of journalism.
