I have many years experience in the Mac industry at Computer Warehouse, historically one of the industries most successful Resellers, in both a Sales manager and Operations manager capacity, which involved the day to day running of all of the sales teams including Consumer, Business, education and AV. This included recruitment, training, target setting, budgeting, incentives, commission structures, Man management and the drive of sales in all areas.I also took control of our Warehousing and Service departments therefore reorganising the technical support and the engineering side of the business as well as moving forward with new order despatch and logistics systems. Eventually I ran the day to day operations of the company in all areas as well as going back out on the road to help secure service contracts with new educational authorities throughout the UK.During my time with TD Tom Davies I helped move a new and expanding enterprise forward to the next level in their development by implementing new systems and procedures on the Sales and operational side of the business as well as organising an office move allowing for a smooth transition from a small UK manufacturer and supplier to a global entity.The role consisted of the day to day management and co-ordination of the Warehouse, Customer Service Departments and the Sales team.I have recently been involved with a Retail business in the Bicycle industry, which has been extremely challenging and interesting. I have been able to use all of my skills acquired over many years in different industries to great affect resulting in a record month for the company in January 2013.I love any opportunities to put my experience into practice in any position that presents itself.
