I researched and accumulated statistics for the men’s basketball team since the 1920's. I assisted the Sports Information Director on the design of new athletic website. I assisted operating social media websites for the athletic department i.e. Twitter and Facebook. I attended and took part in department meetings.

I accompanied ticket sales representatives on routes, learning how each division of the sales staff operates and works together as a corporation. I scheduled sales appointments with potential customers, opening five new accounts during summer. I renewed existing season tickets by interacting with customers and applying suggestive sales techniques. I planned and ran the 1st Annual Golf Scramble for the Icemen sponsors and season ticket holders.
