Ensure self insurance claims are identified through the effective triage of incident reports and recorded into the STARS database in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.Provide support to the Risk & Safety team in the management of injury and claims including:Arranging medical examinations includingpreparing relevant correspondence.Manage the tracking of store payment schedules and the accurate recording in STARS.Run regular reports and distribute to the team.Contribute to the development and enhancement of Risk & Safety standard operating procedures
