Oversaw and managed all aspects of operation, including concert production, fundraising, marketing, community engagement, education, human resources, IT, and financial management. Highlights include:Re-launched the Harrisburg Jazz Walk (2021) in partnership with Dauphin Co. Parks & Rec., event sponsors, over 30 musicians, and more than a dozen small businesses.Adapt programming as necessary during COVID-19 pandemic by collaborating with partner organizations in higher education, hospitality, local government, audio/video recording, and nonprofit performing arts to present concerts, jazz camp, and other performances.Doubled annual fund contributions by weaving direct mail, email, and online giving into a single compelling narrative around the organization’s impact.Assisted by a team of experienced volunteers, presented the first fundraising event in the organization’s history to net over $30,000.
